FEES

Services associated with use of this website may incur fees. Such fees have been agreed between Credenxia and our/your client via a Master Service Contract and will be visible for you as you utilise the services on the website. Additionally, a schedule of agreed rates may be made available to you upon request by you to our/your client.

Depending on the payment method you have agreed to, your nominated account / card will be charged. Credit card transactions are processed by a trusted third-party gateway using secure web connections based on SSL certificates. Credenxia does not store any of your credit card details.

Any amendment to fees will be visible when accessing the services within the website or may be communicated to you by our/your client at the time of the amendment. For clarity, Credenxia are not obligated under this agreement to provide updated rate schedules at any time or for any reason.

 You are responsible for paying fees when due. If the fees are unpaid when due, Credenxia reserves all rights to issue reminders and restrict or refuse your use of the website or take all legal steps to recover the fees not paid when due. If fees remain unpaid, all rights held by you as a paid user shall be forfeited. 

At the end of the payment process you will receive a tax invoice or receipt that can be printed for your reference. This may also be sent to the email address you have provided to us.

TERMINATION 

Credenxia may terminate your account and your access to the website if we consider you have breached these terms. If we terminate your access, accordingly, we may (but in no way guarantee) refund any pre-paid amounts made by you less any reasonable costs and losses we have incurred due to your breach. Credenxia can, at its sole discretion, terminate your account at any time by giving you reasonable advance written notice.
