While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with information that can be used to identify you. You do not have to provide us with your Personal Information, but if you do not do so we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.
The information we collect
In addition to the Personal Information we collect for identification purposes, we collect other non-unique information from you, such as your preferences and interests so that we can provide our services or assistance to you, which may include asking for details of your employment, skills and qualifications.

Sensitive information is afforded a higher level of privacy protection than other personal information.
We collect information that your browser sends to us whenever you visit the Site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the time and date of your visit, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
How we collect your information
We may collect Personal Information from you in various ways including hard-copy or online forms, our message boards and communication services, via telephone, or by email.
The Credenxia website uses “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server and subsequently tells the server that you have returned to the page. How we use your information

In case of a complaint
We will refer your complaint to our Compliance Manager who will investigate the issue and determine the steps we will undertake to resolve your complaint. We will contact you if we require any additional information from you and will notify you in writing of the determination of the Compliance Manager.
